Among effusive rapture and witty naivety, dancing, melancholic and experimentell - the music of Trains on Fire combines drifting straightness with wafting spheres. Guitars, synthesizers, two-voice vocals and electronic beats build a mixture of synth-pop, indietronic and wave.

Since mid 2013 synthesizist Christine-Marie Günther and guitarist Richard Fritzsche have teamed up, played plenty of shows all over Germany and released the EP "Alan Alan" in May 2016. In April this year they rolled out there first album "The Wheel", which they toured in the following.

Before the fusion with Christine-Marie, band founder Richard played in various formations solo as well as together with Marie-Sophie Kanske (Sea of Love) and Simon Herzog (The Poem is You).
